I recently teamed up with Seldom Seen (and a bunch of other bloggin' baes) for a series of photos where I pretend to enjoy winter. But before we get into the nitty gritty (a.k.a. real talk about parkas), Seldom Seen is a new urban prep e-retailer that pulls influence from contemporary urban culture with a harmonious mix of everyday classics (read: effortless, easy, comfortable).  Click below for the rest of the photos!

Until a few weeks ago, my only suitable winter jacket was a knee-length Edie Bauer parka. This thing (thankfully) kept me from becoming a human icicle at numerous bus stops during my high school years, but as of late, has only been fetched for activities such as snow shovelling, sledding, and other such ventures that require being outside for more than 5 minutes. Fast forward to this very moment, and I'm back in the parka game with this surprisingly warm YMC army green number. +10 bonus points go to the hood's ability to transform into a pillow whenever you feel like taking a nap on the sidewalk.
