For the past few months, I've been finding it très difficult to write about anything worth writing about. As blogging continues to evolve into a cyber billboard completely plastered with affiliate links, brand names and smothered wisps of personalities, every word ever written on a style blog is now something to be wary of. And while I can't deny that Ordinary People was just another shopping catalog, for the past year or so, I've found myself deviating away from this side of style blogging where, instead of posting pictures of myself and telling you to buy things, I post pictures of myself and then tell you about how I wasted 2.5 hours of my life watching a Korean movie called "Flu" featuring an adorable little korean girl and much less adorable plot. From posting outfits made in China six out of seven days a week, to doing whatever it is that I'm doing now, blogging has, more than ever, become a creative space where I'll occasionally showcase a few photos of what I wore on my way to the recycling depot or Eric's favourite Vietnamese sub place in china town that I can never remember the name of. Sound cool? Okay. Perfect. Now I can sleep.
